Recently Damian and Phyllis have posed the question what would you do differently to acheive longevity?

I do not want to answer this as what ever my answer is, is what I should be doing, and then I would have to ask myself…Why the HEll am I not doing it?

Sneeky peak

I Had a sneeky peak this morning (I could not wait until next Tuesday) and I seem to have lost some weight. Thank goodness.
I have started fresh again last week so my first real weigh day will be Tuesday.
My PT gave me a new programme last night. Holy moly. Running heaps and massive weights. Phew! I LOVE IT!!

This week thus far…

I have taken Crystal to the beach for the rest of this week, last week of school holidays.
I am soaking up the vitamin D, eating well and lots of water. My list has been made for meals over the next week and I feel I am back on track.
I have a 5km run for Hospice on Sunday which I was excited about but have hurt my foot. Resting it and will perservere!
I am off to Canada in one month from today and should be 80kg by now…I’m not! My non focus on food and 100% focus on excercise has turned me into a fit fat chick. Yes, there is such a thing!
So, 1 month to go and I think a 10kg loss could be acheivable.

I am really struggling. Excercise is great, food sucks. I have been off track and avoiding you all since the end of December.

Had a PT group session with Logan last week. Great workout and was proud that I could do it with such ease. Well, ease compared to a year ago, it was still challenging.
LOVED meeting the challengers. I really do get inspired by the group sessions. Too bad it took a year to get there (to the realisation that is).
I am going to go to the next retreat. I need to lose 20kg before I face Damian at it so this is my next goal. Well, in order:
March—Duathalon—Not worried about the ranking, just want to complete it
Retreat–80kg goal or I will not go
May—Trip to Canada–70kg!!!!!
August—Wedding in Samoa
If I make it to 70 I am just going to maintain. Looking forward to it.

Bought a dress for NY eve which is a 14. I fit a 16. Gotto go eat a salad.

Logan’s workout in Auckland

Hi Ya’ll

I loved the PT session last night in Auckland. It was acheivable, I pushed myself and feel great a day later. I really realised how far I have come fitness wise. Bring it on I say.

Even better was meeting the new challengers. What an awesome, supportive group. There are some beautiful souls out there and wonderful attitudes. I really fed off the positive vibes.

Looking foward to lunch on Saturday with Phyllis, Kirsten, Jan, Karen and who ever else can make it. 12noon, Sylvia Park, Nandos!

Hi
I am in the midst of booking a flight to Canada in March. Yay!!! I have not been back since I left there 17 years ago. I am sooooooooo excited and even more motivated to lose weight and show off to my highschool friends.
Excercise is all good and loving the way my legs are looking. Thank you legs for taking a beating every night at the gym and for listening!
Less junk in the trunk too which makes me happy (and anyone I try to squeeze past).
Now I need to remove the muffin. Damn overhang!
2pm, 3 litres of H2O down the hatch.

Its a beautiful day!!

Hi. I am giving myself one month to lose 10kg. Quite acheivable if I out my mind to it.
I have no work excuses, yes, still employed but the bulk of my over time is out of the way.

I know I have started and re stared this journey sooooo many times but I feel good, sexy even, now I just need to look it. LOL
